Joseph Collins, III (Joey) was born into Home Inspections and Termite and Pest Control.  Working hand in hand with his father, Joseph Collins, Jr., Joey brings his own lifetime of experience to Bad Dog. He is now the owner of Bad Dog Home Inspections and Bad Dog Bugs and carries on the same professional and quality services to a new generation of Florida Homeowners.

Amanda Collins-Nunez

Office Manager

Amanda Collins-Nunez is Joey’s daughter and now runs the daily operations of the company, using her Business degree from the University of Central Florida to push us into the technology age.

William Nunez is a State Licensed Home Inspector and Certified Residential Mold Inspector providing Termite Treatments.

James has been with Bad Dog for over 10 years, bringing his immense building knowledge to the team. James is always ready to go above and beyond to educate the customer and make sure they feel comfortable with their home purchase.

Dre Karim

Licensed Home Inspector

Dre Karim is a licensed home inspector and had joined the Bad Dog Team learning directly from Joe to assist our clients in Home and Insurance inspections. He also handles various types of termite treatments. Dre is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Ed has been on the Bad Dog Team for over 20 years, with immense knowledge in building construction and Air Conditioning.

Justin has joined Bad Dog as a Pest Control Technician. He prides himself on customer service and attention to detail.

Michelle Locke

Michelle Locke brings a wealth of administrative and real estate knowledge to the Bad Dog administrative team. She put the customers first and provides fantastic customer service on the office side of the company.

Porsche Shakes

Porsche brings over 5 years of administrative experience to the Bad Dog team. She has known the Collins family for over 15 years and helps with everything in the office. Porsche prides herself on customer service and organization.

Chris Klawson

Chris is the handyman on the Bad Dog team. He is a fascia and woodworking specialist. He can handle any general handyman tasks and has been with the team for over 10 years, helping with all repair services.
