Bad Dog is the best when it comes to home inspections. They checked every inch of the house and gave us a very thorough detailed report. It was great that they included the estimated price of the repairs that needed to be done on there as well. Because of it we were able to negotiate a discount with the seller and get a better deal. They also did a wind mitigation report once we replaced the windows with impact and that helped us save on our insurance. It’s always a pleasure dealing with them and I recommend them every time I get a chance because I know they will do a wonderful job!
